Delivery Information

  1. Deliveries within South Africa are charged at R150.00.
  2. Deliveries outside of South Africa are charged at a flat rate of R550.00 but may alter according to tariffs given to us by the South African Courier System (trading as Royal International).
  3. Once goods are fully paid for (including postage) and we are notified of receipt of payment, we will email the customer notification of the order.
  4. All purchases will be delivered by the South African Courier System (trading as Royal International).
  5. Please be aware that after the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the order to a new shipping address.
  6. All orders require a signature on delivery.
  7. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item please inform us via email (info@lapislazuli.co.za) within 48 hours of receipt.
  8. If an order is returned due to the courier service not being able to complete delivery, for any reason, the customer is responsible for repeat delivery costs.
  9. Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days of purchase.
  10. All orders are subject to availability.
